Introduction

Welcome to Croydon Cars – Taxis & Minicabs. By booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Booking and Cancellation

• Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed via email or SMS.

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pick-up time are non-refundable and will be charged the full fare.

2. Pricing and Payments

• Fare Estimates: We quote the price at the time of booking. This will only change if there are amendments made on route.

• Payment Methods: We accept cash and major credit/debit cards. Payment is due upon completion of the journey unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

3. Child Seats

Child Seats: Child seats are available upon request and subject to availability. Please request a child seat at the time of booking. A charge of £5.00 per car seat applies.

4. Waiting Time Charges

• European Flights: We offer 40 minutes of free waiting time for European flights. After the initial 40 minutes, a charge of £7.50 per 15 minutes will apply.

• International Flights: We offer 1 hour of free waiting time for international flights. After the initial hour, a charge of £7.50 per 15 minutes will apply.

5. Passenger Conduct

• Behavior: Passengers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and orderly manner. Any damage caused to the vehicle by a passenger will be charged accordingly.

• Smoking and Alcohol: Smoking and consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited in all our vehicles.

6. Liability

• Service Interruption: Croydon Cars – Taxis & Minicabs will not be liable for any delays or cancellations caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather, and vehicle breakdowns.

• Personal Belongings: Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. Croydon Cars – Taxis & Minicabs will not be liable for any loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.

7. Complaints

• Procedure: If you have any complaints about our services, please contact us within 24 hours of the incident. We will investigate and respond promptly.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• Updates: Croydon Cars – Taxis & Minicabs reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
