A minicab service like no other. The driver was so polite and professional. I booked them to take me and my daughter to university and the driver was so helpful to us with carrying all the luggage to her dorm and waiting patiently for my daughter to collect her keys and be booked in. He also came back to pick me up later and parked right up to the doors so I didn't have to go all the way round to the front of the building with the empty cases. I'm so happy with them. I'm never using anyone else. Their vehicles are also very clean and smell gorgeous. Thank you Croydon Cars.

Excellent first experience using this company.
All communication (email, phone and text) was prompt and professional, and my driver Ahmed arrived dead on time. As a woman travelling alone I felt greatly reassured by Ahmed’s cheerful, calm and professional demeanour and fully at ease during my journey. The car was a smart Mercedes and immaculately clean. I won’t hesitate to use them again in future 😊.

Pick up from The O2 to Gatwick airport.
We needed to get to Gatwick after the Ariana Grande concert and I got in touch with Croydon Cars for a quote. They came back to me immediately and we arrange everything via Watsaap. We arranged a pick up point close to the concert. Croydon Cars sent me all of the details in advance and Emanuel our driver was waiting for us in a very smart car. He was a great driver - very calm and patient as we couldn’t find the hotel at Gatwick at first. I felt very safe with him as a woman travelling with my teenage daughter. I absolutely recommend their service.

I use this taxi service daily and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The driver Shahpour is consistently punctual and often arrives early for both pick ups and drop-offs, which makes a real difference to my busy schedule. He’s also very flexible, if plans change, even at short notice, I can contact him directly and he always does his best to accommodate. Reliable, professional, and a real credit to the taxi firm. Highly recommended.

I was traveling by train from Leicestershire to Croydon and needed a taxi whilst I was staying at the Hilton London Croydon hotel. I checked the reviews of various taxi firms in the Croydon area about a week before I needed one. Some firms reviews were really bad to terrible. Croydon Cars reviews were consistently excellent. I contacted them via email to make a booking. I used them 4 times during my stay at the Hilton. They always turned up on time, and made sure I arrived at my destinations on time. They were professional and courteous at all times. Honestly, I highly recommend Croydon Cars

Reasonable price for an airport drop off, picked me up perfectly on time in a really nice Mercedes. Saved me over half an hour of traffic from the route they took and I made my flight with plenty of time to spare. Great conversation, would recommend

Amazing service. Never had a problem with them! I always contact them when i want to go to the airport☺️. They have 5/5 service and each driver is always respectful. They are always efficient too (as there has been times where i’ve had to call & arrange a driver last minute). Very happy and will continue using their services.
