A minicab service like no other. The driver was so polite and professional. I booked them to take me and my daughter to university and the driver was so helpful to us with carrying all the luggage to her dorm and waiting patiently for my daughter to collect her keys and be booked in. He also came back to pick me up later and parked right up to the doors so I didn't have to go all the way round to the front of the building with the empty cases. I'm so happy with them. I'm never using anyone else. Their vehicles are also very clean and smell gorgeous. Thank you Croydon Cars.

Pick up from The O2 to Gatwick airport.
We needed to get to Gatwick after the Ariana Grande concert and I got in touch with Croydon Cars for a quote. They came back to me immediately and we arrange everything via Watsaap. We arranged a pick up point close to the concert. Croydon Cars sent me all of the details in advance and Emanuel our driver was waiting for us in a very smart car. He was a great driver - very calm and patient as we couldn’t find the hotel at Gatwick at first. I felt very safe with him as a woman travelling with my teenage daughter. I absolutely recommend their service.

The driver Shahpour is consistently punctual and often arrives early for both pick ups and drop-offs, which makes a real difference to my busy schedule. He’s also very flexible, if plans change, even at short notice, I can contact him directly and he always does his best to accommodate. Reliable, professional, and a real credit to the taxi firm. I was traveling by train from Leicestershire to Croydon and needed a taxi whilst I was staying at the Hilton London Croydon hotel. I checked the reviews of various taxi firms in the Croydon area about a week before I needed one. Some firms reviews were really bad to terrible. Croydon Cars reviews were consistently excellent. I contacted them via email to make a booking. I used them 4 times during my stay at the Hilton. They always turned up on time, and made sure I arrived at my destinations on time.
